In this journal entry I’ll explore more software I wrote for the Macintosh in the early 90’s. This time it’s a Unix cron utility, Cron Manager, which was well received. Famed Mac writer, Don Crabb, wondered why this wasn’t standard with every System 7.5 version sold by Apple. I wrote it to understand the Mac OS kernel better and how it handled its background processes.
